Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Retreat Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. As part of our retreat staff, you will engage with visitors, assist in daily operations, and ensure that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
Duties
- Welcome and check-in guests at the front desk, ensuring a smooth arrival process.
- Provide information about the retreat facilities and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Support daily operations including housekeeping coordination and meal service.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of hospitality and guest services.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
Skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Strong background in hospitality management is preferred.
- Experience in front desk operations or guest services is beneficial.
- Familiarity with behavioral health environments and their unique operational needs is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
