As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will:
Champion our integrity by providing great customer service while exhibiting excellence through:
- Service Delivery: Conduct thorough intakes and comprehensive evaluations, including assessments and individualized treatment plans. Make clinically and empirically supported recommendations to ensure quality and effective therapy interventions. Implement timely and appropriate modifications to therapy protocols, ensuring each child progresses effectively through their therapy goals. (Excellence)
- Client, Family, & Community Engagement: Support families effectively by utilizing evidence-based parent collaboration and training procedures, such as OASIS, RUBI Autism Network, or Behavior Skills Training. Implement best practices in individualized therapy plans for children and families. Increase community awareness, support and awareness through outreach. (Service)
- Data and Time Management: Maintain accurate, professional, and timely documentation using industry best practices and meeting requirements. Adhere to Kansas behavior regulatory board (KSBSRB) and Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Professional and Ethical Compliance Code, as well as all Heartspring policies and procedures. Use data collection and analysis, monitor performance metrics, optimize time management tactics and achieve requirements. (Integrity)
- Collaboration & Communication: Engage with a multidisciplinary team of speech, physical, occupational, and behavioral therapists to provide appropriate and effective interventions for children and families. Build and foster a supportive and productive team environment. Communicate meaningfully, develop rapport and deliver feedback effectively across all modes of communication for various audiences. Educational, Training, and Licensure Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
