We’re growing fast*, and we’re looking for an execution-focused Ecommerce Website Manager to manage our Shopify site and help us continue our rapid growth. Subscriptions are a core piece of our business, accounting for over 65% of sales.
*In 2024 we had 32,000 orders - up from 13,000 in 2023.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce site — ensuring it’s fast, functional, optimized, and continuously improving. Your work will directly impact customer experience, conversions, and subscription growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our Shopify site (pages, products, landing pages, collections, etc.)
- Implement CRO best practices and run A/B tests to improve performance
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics like conversion rates, visitor behavior, and landing page stats using tools like Triple Whale and Google Analytics
- Oversee and optimize third-party platform integrations and site apps
- Execute styling and design updates using CSS when needed
- Collaborate with marketing to launch and optimize campaigns, landing pages, and promotions
- Ensure the site is mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and user-focused
- Troubleshoot bugs or technical issues and coordinate with devs or support when necessary
- Stay current on ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years managing a DTC ecommerce site (Shopify experience strongly preferred)
- Hands-on skills with CSS and working within ecommerce themes/templates
- Experience with subscriptions and strategies to improve retention and LTV (we use Recharge)
- Comfort using ecommerce analytics tools (Triple Whale, Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Strong sense of UX/UI and mobile-first design
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Passion for great food, sustainability, or building a better food system (a plus!)
