Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized ABA Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for autism services, maintain strong relationships with parents, and ensure cases progress smoothly. This role is perfect for a people-oriented professional who can embody our mission and help families feel supported throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Parent Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, providing updates and addressing their questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Case Management: Ensure all cases are progressing efficiently, helping families gather and submit required documentation.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and streamline operational processes to ensure services run seamlessly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to implement and maintain our holistic approach for each child.
- Vision Sharing: Clearly communicate and reinforce the company’s mission and vision to staff and families.
- Expansion Support: Assist with operational setup and management as we expand services into Utah.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and patient care practices
- Proficient in medical documentation and terminology, including HIPAA compliance
- Experience in behavioral health and diagnostic evaluation
- Familiarity with working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Skills in data collection and special education methodologies
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and manage medical records effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
