Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for families, schools, care managers, marketers, and office staff—ensuring that every step of the case closure process is smooth and efficient. If you love building relationships, managing details, and getting things done, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Family Engagement: Build trusted relationships with families to guide them through the case closure process with care, professionalism, and clear communication.
- Documentation Coordination: Collect, organize, and ensure the timely submission of required paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaison Role: Act as the central point of contact between families, schools, care managers, marketers, and office staff to keep cases moving forward efficiently.
- Outreach: Collaborate with schools and community organizations to promote awareness of our services and build referral networks.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with office staff to support operational needs and maintain organized records.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in healthcare services, client coordination, or related roles. Experience with HCBS services is a plus!
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare or community-based service systems and documentation processes.
- Proficiency in office software and strong administrative abilities.
