Your Impact as a Lead BCBA
- Oversee personalized, evidence-based ABA programs to drive meaningful progress.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians and junior BCBAs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide hands-on support to families and caregivers, equipping them with essential tools.
- Maintain compliance and accuracy in treatment documentation.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
✔ BCBA Certification (current & in good standing)
✔ Experience with ASD and developmental disabilities
✔ Strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills
✔ Reliable transportation for in-person client visits
Work Schedule & Location
Omaha Metro, Lincoln, and surrounding areas
Flexible Monday-Friday schedule
In-person role at client homes or therapy locations
