Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (1099 contractor or W2 employee)
- Compensation: $75-$85 per session (based on experience), paid monthly
- Client Base: Mix of insurance-paneled and self-pay clients
- Minimum Availability: Must offer at least 10 session slots per week
- Provide individual therapy to clients in a remote setting.
- Option to facilitate group therapy (if desired).
- Participate in individual and group supervision (optional).
- Opportunity to supervise pre-licensed clinicians after 6-12 months.
- Licensure support – Practice covers costs for NY & NJ licensing
- Professional development reimbursement
- Monthly stipend for additional expenses
- Company events: Two annual gatherings in NYC; flight and one-night hotel stay
- covered for the end-of-year event
