Your Role
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapies to support client progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care
- Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Support families and caregivers through guidance and education
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, mental health, or a related field
- Current mental health license (full or provisional)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong therapeutic knowledge, communication skills, and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation for in-person sessions

- Location: Omaha, Nebraska (Relocation required)
