Are you passionate about helping children thrive? At Heartwise Support, we are dedicated to empowering children with developmental disabilities through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and work alongside our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, growth, and success.
What You Will Do
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques tailored to each child’s needs
- Support the development and execution of personalized treatment plans
- Educate and empower families with effective behavioral strategies
- Foster a safe, positive, and encouraging therapy environment
- Collaborate with a passionate team to assess and refine treatment approaches
What We Are Looking For
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain it
- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
