DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Application and hardware support for the host.
- Configuration, deployment, and support for virtual machines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose remote users’ connectivity issues with VPN, Email, Internet.
- Build out new computer systems and load user profiles.
- Experience with software installation and workstation support.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Computer imaging and profile setup
- Configuring and deploying Virtual Machines
- Windows 10/11 Operating System including setup and configuration.
- Available to travel up to 5%
- CAD software, VMware Workstation Pro Experience preferred
- Experience with electrical controls software from Autodesk, Bentley, Rockwell a plus
