What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Technician position at Heat and Control Inc.?

We partner with global industry leaders to design, engineer, and build production machinery that creates world famous food and consumer products, and we’d love for you to join us as an Installation Support Technician in Flower Mound, TX!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize Vibratory, Horizontal Motion Conveyor and industrial product handling systems learnings
Customer site visits for troubleshooting, working to find solutions
Prepare the installation up to I/O checking phase for hand-over to Commissioning
Assist with in-house testing, trials and R&D efforts
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate of Applied Science degree in engineering-related field like Computer-Aided Design and Drafting or Architectural Design)
USDA custom lathe; USDA food grade approval welding; developing, testing and evaluating new equipment designs.
On-Machine Seasoning (OMS) Certificate
Fork Trucking Certificate required
5 - 7 years of on-the-job installation experience
