Heat Tech Industrial (HTI) is seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder Journeyman to join our team. As a Scaffold Builder Journeyman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction and maintenance of industrial projects. - Build, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures on construction sites
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine scaffold placement and design
- Erect scaffolds following industry safety standards and company policies
- Transport, set up, and secure scaffolding materials, ensuring stability and structural integrity
- Offload and distribute components, ensuring proper inventory and maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety concerns
Requirements
- Construction industry experience is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience and be familiar with both cuplock and ringlock
- Extensive knowledge of scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean record
- Preference given to US Citizens
- This is a physically demanding job, role requires reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, bending, squatting. Work will be both indoors and outdoors.
