Heat Treating Services Corporation of America (HTS) is a family-owned and operated company founded in 1978. As part of our commitment to superior customer service, we have continued to expand by installing furnaces and acquiring facilities to meet specific customer requirements. We are capable of processing 84 million pounds per month.
Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Overtime is available. The shift available; 3 pm - 11 pm, Sunday through Saturday. Must be available to work occasional weekends. Afternoon and Midnight shifts differential pay provides the opportunity for extra income, in addition to overtime pay.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: The most important qualifications the right individual will possess are a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and grow, and physical strength and stamina. Producing a high-quality product, consistently and on-time is essential. This position may include manual labor - you may be lifting heavy metal parts and loading them into an operating furnace, shot blast machine, or different container, which means exposure to the industrial environment and severe temperatures will be experienced. You must be able to communicate clearly and in a professional and respectful manner with truck drivers, co-workers, and managers, and value working as a team.

Educational/Technical Requirements:
High-school graduate or GED. Previous fork truck experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Job Summary:
To safely load and unload company and customer trucks and to accurately verify shipments and lot receipts. The Expeditor is a critically important team member responsible for bridging the gap between the leaders, customers, and the production front lines. Job Duties:
- Fork truck driving
- Unload / Load trucks
- Maintain organized receiving area
- Maintain organized shipping area
- Support inspection/sorting activities, including performing sort when needed
- Conduct pre-load audit when required
- Weigh count and bar code tubs when required
- Load and unload Furnaces when required
- Cross train on and operate wheelabrator when required
- Cross train on and perform Material Control functions when required
- And all other related duties
Interaction:
Quality customer service and interaction with material control clerk, lead furnace operator, management, and truck drivers (internal and external).
