Position
As the Barista – Front of House Lead, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an elevated yet effortless café experience. While our bakers create in the kitchen, you’ll take charge of the counter—preparing coffee, assembling small-bite menu items, managing transactions, and ensuring a well-run, welcoming space.
Responsibilities
- Craft Coffee & Espresso – Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with precision and consistency.
- Engage & Welcome Guests – Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service.
- POS & Transactions – Operate the register efficiently, handling payments and orders seamlessly.
- Assemble Small Bites – Prepare and plate light menu items with care and attention to detail.
- Inventory Awareness – Monitor supplies like coffee beans, milk, and syrups, and communicate restocking needs.
- Maintain a Pristine Space – Keep the counter, workstations, and customer areas impeccably clean and organized.
- Promote & Educate – Introduce guests to our seasonal offerings and menu specials with enthusiasm.
- Refine Your Craft – Stay informed on coffee trends and techniques to elevate the guest experience.
