Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in the food industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Operate the Toast POS system for processing orders and payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while preparing drinks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a bartending role.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment's schedule.
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
