What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Services Supervisor position at Heath Village?
Heath Village is a constantly growing and unique retirement community providing multiple levels of housing and healthcare for close to 400 residents. We are currently seeking a qualified, team-oriented Dining Services Supervisor to fill the following opening at our Meadows Campus:
Dining Services Supervisor job duties include but not limited to;
- Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed by all staff through training and in-service education
- Daily scheduling of staff
- Maintaining all records as needed by County, State and Federal regulatory agencies
- Rounding during meals service to ensure quality of service and diet compliance is met
- Menu generation, diet changes and menu distribution as needed by department
- Supervisor experience preferred
FT; 11:30a-8pm
(Every other weekend required)
