What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Recruitment-Onboarding Coordinator position at Heath Village?
Heath Village is a constantly growing and unique retirement community providing multiple levels of housing and healthcare for close to 400 residents and is located on a 100 acre campus. We are currently seeking a qualified HR Recruitment/ Onboarding Coordinator to assist with our recruiting efforts.

Responsible for performing all staff recruitment, hiring and onboarding functions for the facility, including but not limited to:
- Managing internal and external job postings
- Screening and interviewing applicants
- Facilitating pre-employment and hiring process
- Scheduling and providing orientation
- Representing Heath Village by attending offsite job fairs and healthcare related training facilities
- Provides HR support for the department as needed.
Qualifications:
College degree in Human Resources or related field; experience in Human Resources and hiring proceduresExperience with ADP Workforce Now Recruitment/Talent Management platform preferred. Payroll experience a plus.
Monday-Friday, (Evening/weekend hours occasionally as needed)
