Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner, or cleaner team, to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and rental spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Cash pay same day.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in residential and rental settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and kitchens.
• Assist with custodial duties, including waste disposal and replenishing supplies.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning roles such as porter, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred
• Knowledge of rental cleaning practices and cleaning standards is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and the capability to lift moderate weights as required for cleaning tasks.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
