* Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
* Manage the front lobby area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
* Screen visitors and direct concerns to the appropriate manager
* Assist with administrative tasks, such as typing, filing, and data entry
* Collaborate with the sales team to handle inquiry calls and Electronic Heath Record system requests
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and frequent interruptions
