Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in the front lobby area
* Manage the front lobby entrance, ensuring it is welcoming and well-maintained
* Direct concerns and issues to the appropriate manager
* Assist with clerical tasks, such as mail distribution and package delivery
* Collaborate with the events team to maintain accurate records and guest room reservations
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and frequent interruptions
