Summary
As a Machine Operator, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery in a factory setting. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and skills in machining and plastics injection molding to produce high-quality products. Your expertise in programmable logic controllers and quality inspection will enhance our production standards. Additionally, your familiarity with hand tools and lean manufacturing principles will contribute to a streamlined workflow. Primary Job Functions:
- Operates manual, semi-automatic, automatic machinery to fulfill production orders
- Assemble parts to create a finished HVAC product
- Measure finished product using measuring tape to ensure product is within specifications
- Preform quality inspections on parts, escalating any quality issues
- Set up or make small adjustments to machinery as necessary
- Clean and maintain work area
- Other duties as necessary
Other Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be safety and quality conscious
- Previous experience in a factory/manufacturing setting
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment
- Team collaborator & self-motivated
- Attention to detail

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sun (5:00am - 5:30pm)
