Sales Estimator/Comfort Specialist

Position Summary:

HeatSource Mechanical Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Estimator/Comfort Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, visiting customer homes to assess their current HVAC systems, identify their needs, and present compelling replacement options. This is a key position that directly impacts customer satisfaction and company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough in-home assessments of customer HVAC systems, including inspections, diagnostics, and load calculations.
• Develop and present customized proposals that address customer needs and budget constraints, clearly explaining the value proposition of HeatSource Mechanical Inc.'s services.
• Build strong rapport with customers, effectively addressing their concerns and answering their questions.
• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales reports.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Represent HeatSource Mechanical Inc. professionally and ethically at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
