Job Overview:
We are seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician’s Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn carpet, tile & grout, hardwood floor, and upholstery cleaning. ONLY SERIOUS APPLICANTS APPLY. A plus, if you live in the Weatherford/Aledo area.
The training period varies by the amount of experience and how quickly the Helper learns our system. The role involves knowing all cleaning procedures, communicating clearly and professionally with customers, learning the phone app for pricing, care for the company vehicles and safe, friendly driving skills, and always following the procedures and rules. The work week is Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays. Part-time to full-time depending on scheduled work orders. Advancement is an option for the right candidate. Tips start day 1.
Duties:
- Cleaning all types of flooring and/or upholstery in customers' homes or businesses
- Maintain and clean equipment and company vehicle(s)
- Maintain the cleaning solutions and materials needed for the following day
- Communicate professionally, friendly, and clearly with customers and co-workers
- Utilize database app for work orders scheduled, text/email customers, GPS, and able to add any services needed
Requirements:
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- A valid Texas driver's licenses and a clean criminal background
- Smart phone - a MUST for our database and GPS
- Not on your phone for personal use during work hours!
- Able to lift 100 - 80 lbs
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Must be a US citizen or must prove be eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
