We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Carpet Cleaning Technician will ensure that all carpets are cleaned effectively, enhancing the overall appearance and hygiene of the spaces we service.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning services using various techniques and equipment, including steam cleaning and low-moisture cleaning methods.
• Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to determine cleaning needs and identify any damage or stains that require special attention.
• Buff and clean floors as needed, ensuring all surfaces are maintained to a high standard.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their carpet care needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies used during cleaning processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards while performing all tasks related to carpet cleaning.
• Assist in other custodial duties as required, including general floor care and environmental services.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or home service experience required
• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy equipment (80-100 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• No criminal history
• Must be 18 yrs old with diploma or equivalent
• Smartphone in good working condition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 55 per week
