Summary
We are seeking a Part Time compassionate and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to join our team at Heaven Sent Nanny. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and creating a nurturing environment that promotes their development. This is going to be a part time position between 25-30 hours every other week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday. Single father in USMC with 3 small children ages 4, 2.5 and 9 months old. Must have own transportation, competitive salary and start ASAP. Location in Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and loving care to children in a safe environment.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Prepare meals and snacks for children as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in play areas and children's rooms.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Assist with homework and educational activities as required.
- Ensure the safety of children during outings and activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in babysitting or nannying, with references available.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Ability to cook healthy meals for children is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
