Front desk receptionist needed for a Private Practice in Piedmont, SC. You will be responsible for answering the phone, scheduling appointments , checking clients in and out, follow up calls, and general office duties as needed. We are looking to hire someone with experience and not wanting to train anyone at the present time. Job hours: 9am-2pm/20 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Making phone calls, follow up calls
- Appointment scheduling
- Checking clients in and out
- Verifying insurance information
- General office duties as needed
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
