Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for a 3-year-old female child with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE) in Spartanburg, SC. Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and monitoring in a home setting.
- Assist with daily medical needs and interventions as required for an HIE diagnosis.
- Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene and mobility.
- Monitor the childs condition and report any changes to the care team.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided.
Requirements:
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of South Carolina.
- Experience with pediatric patients and neurological conditions preferred.
- Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to detail.
Schedule: Up to 71 hours per week, with flexibility based on the familys needs.
