We are currently seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Advertisement Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Heavenly Care Services and increase brand awareness
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, community groups, and healthcare professionals to generate referrals and partnerships
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract caregivers and clients
- Organize and attend networking events, job fairs, and community outreach activities to promote Heavenly Care Services and recruit caregivers
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Preferrered)
- 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate partnerships
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus

- Weekends as needed
