We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care services to patients in their homes and facilities, following established care plans.
Requirements:
- TB test results
- GED or high school diploma
- Driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Drug screen
- Criminal background check
Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
Job Duties:
- Treat each client with respect and dignity, fostering independence.
- Provide non-medical, hands-on care and companionship to clients.
- Tailor care to each client's individual needs as outlined in the care plan.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate patient care records and document services provided.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, feeding, and personal care.
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and shopping.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including changing linen, laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and pet care as needed.
Shifts:
- Day shift
- 3/4-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday: Three-Four-hour shifts available
