Plastic Surgery Practice in Foothill Ranch, CA located near the plaza with Regals movie theatre and Islands Burgers, right off the 241 toll road
Looking for someone who can fulfill the role of:
Medical Receptionist - Full-time: 32-40 hours per week *OR* Part-time: 3-4 days a week for 8 hours.
Clinic is on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and *occasional* Saturday mornings.
Responsibilities:
Phone Management:
- Receive and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
Patient Check-in:
- Greet and check-in patients upon their arrival.
- Obtain necessary patient information for updating and filing records.
Patient Check-out:
- Assist with check-out procedures, including payment processing.
- Ensure that all necessary forms and consents are completed by patients.
Examination Room Preparation:
- Prepare examination rooms and equipment for medical procedures.
- Sterilize and organize instruments as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory of medical supplies.
- Equip examination rooms with appropriate supplies.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and create patient charts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in tidying up reception and waiting areas.
Bilingual Skills:
- Preferred proficiency in Spanish.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with a small team to achieve common goals.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
