Duties
- Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, and landscapes by performing tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Assist in tree care activities including planting, pruning, and removal as needed.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete landscaping projects.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, or flowers and prepare soil for planting.
- Build landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, or pathways as directed.
- Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools after each job.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate hand tools effectively and safely.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing techniques and garden maintenance is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
