Compensation:
Base pay: $20-$22 per hour
Additional $2 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift (based on experience)
Job Summary:
Heavy Duty Technologies is recruiting qualified Customer Support Dispatchers for a leading client. The successful candidate will manage breakdown call intake, dispatch technicians, provide continuous customer support, and assist with building detailed service estimates and invoicing. This role is vital in ensuring prompt and efficient service, maintaining clear communication between customers and technicians throughout the duration of each call.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle breakdown calls through various intake methods
Input calls into the breakdown system accurately
Dispatch technicians to service calls promptly
Update customers on call status and resolution progress
Serve as a primary customer support representative during the call
Build detailed service estimates and manage invoicing processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Intermediate technology skills
Excellent multi-tasking ability
Average typing speed of at least 45 wpm
Experience handling multiple tasks while effectively interacting with customers
Strong communication and customer service skills
