The primary focus of this role is to Manage client relationships, providing guidance and support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with field-based sales and service managers to develop and implement customer centric, strategic financial plans and credit strategies
Reporting relationships:
- You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
- This position will collaborate with various departments such as legal, sales and accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities, assess and provide financing recommendations based on business relevance, appropriate timing, cost, risk and quality
- Working on ad-hoc projects linked to product control, evaluating potential customers creditworthiness, process quotes, approving or rejecting credit requests, negotiating loan terms, monitoring and collecting timely payments from all customers, monitoring and revising credit terms and policies as needed.
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to proactively identify and evaluate risks associated with business and procurement decisions
- Maintain detailed records of credit lines and history for all customers; Create a credit scoring model to assess risks
- Manage accounts receivable, open aging reports and collect outstanding receivables.
- Review credit hold reports and release orders within established guidelines.
- Independently resolve disputes and address credit service inquiries via verbal, written or email communication.
- Act as the point of contact between customers and financial institutions, understanding their financial goals and needs
- Actively participate in local and regional business functions

- Prior equipment dealership experience is strongly desirable.
- Minimum of three years of related experience preferred.
