Job Description: You will play a crucial role in crafting jewelry items that utilize a variety of different materials(crushed dinosaur bone to crushed flowers and many things in between). Your daily functions will be to include laying epoxy resin over the materials, polishing epoxy resin, Your attention to detail, organization, problem-solving skills, and dedication to quality will ensure that each piece is a true work of art. Self-motivation and independence are critical as you will be tasked with completing steps in the jewelry-making process but will also need to collaborate with the team on a regular basis to maximize quality and efficiency.
You will be expected to collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and improve quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Handcraft jewelry pieces according to design specifications.
- Operate epoxy tools and machinery effectively and safely.
- Ensure high standards of precision, quality, and finishing in all jewelry creations.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss design ideas, progress, and challenges.
- Contribute to the development of new epoxy techniques and processes.
- Problem Solve and proactively identify issues while working on jobs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team members are expected to cross train in other areas as needed my management.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay
- $16-$20 an hour depending on experience.
