As a Business Center Representative, you'll provide superior customer service and perform accurate, efficient tasks related to Business Center services.

Facilitates all Business Center servicesApplies knowledge of all requirements, policies, and procedures related to MSB and other financial servicesComplies with H-E-B security / confidentiality guidelinesConducts transactions on the H-E-B POS SystemHandles large sums of cash; conducts, processes, reconciles transactions in compliance with policies and proceduresApplies understanding of H-E-B Refund Policy; processes returns; issues rain checks, as applicableApplies understanding and urgency of recall processesWhat is your background?
