Job Summary:
This position includes serving as an Assistant Boys Basketball Coach, with the possibility of leading the Jr. High program, and coaching a spring sport. The coach will focus on player development, program growth, and fostering a competitive and positive team culture.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize, lead/assist in leading practices, game preparation, and team management.
- Assist with management of team logistics, including scheduling, and equipment.
- Promote strength and conditioning programs for both sports.
- Encourage multi-sport participation and collaborate with other coaches.
- Assist in spring sport responsibilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education or related field (preferred).- Valid Arkansas teaching license.
- High school or collegiate coaching experience (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to strength and conditioning as a key component of player development.
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
