Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned math lessons for middle school students
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students
- Use data to assess student understanding and adapt teaching accordingly

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid teaching certification for middle school math (or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience teaching middle school students is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of adolescent development and best practices in math instruction
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, student-centered environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project-based learning (PBL) or interdisciplinary teaching
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Desmos, Khan Academy, or Google Classroom
