Overview
This position reports to the Athletic Director and is responsible for the entire football program. They are to oversee the football coaching staff and are responsible for each team that falls underneath the football program. The Head Football coach is expected to assist Hebron Christian Academy in achieving its vision: A commitment to excellence on and off the field.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Education or related field required
- Experience in an Educational setting required
- Experience as a Football Coach required
- Experience as a Head Football Coach preferred
- Acknowledges Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- Commits to faithful active service in a local orthodox, evangelical church and personal prayer and Bible study.
- Commits to model spiritual, academic, physical and social growth personally and professionally.
- Maintains a Christian lifestyle that reflects the biblical perspective of integrity and appropriate personal and family relationships, personal conduct and moral behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills and sound judgment when communicating with the Hebron community.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong relationship with coaches, students, parents and community.
- The ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- High level of energy and a good sense of humor with the capacity for extraordinary time and effort demands.
- Vision and oversight of the entire football program.
- Coordinate and lead their entire football coaching staff.
- Interact with the public, visitors, service vendors, and community.
- Scheduling of in-season and out of season for Youth/MS/JV/V teams.
