Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion in Multi-Family Renovations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of project management methodologies, and a passion for delivering results. This role requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Utilize Agile methodologies such as ProCore to manage project workflows effectively.
• Supervise project teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and deadlines.
• Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
• Implement data analysis techniques to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project planning principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including ProCore is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading diverse teams.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar project management tools is a plus.
• Solid data analysis skills to evaluate project metrics and drive decision-making processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
• A degree in Project Engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
