We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
- LMA/ Player coach
- Special Motor management projects
- Vendor interface
- Management of warehouse location
- Maintain MMS and HECO databases.
- Record ALL coupling/brakes/hub/accessories per QC FORM
- Reference Cliff’s Spec Book and Verify Repair meets requirements.
- Verify if Unit is critical or non-critical and tag accordingly.
- Follow Testing Procedures and QC Document
- Complete HECO Inspection/QC report
- Critical Motor testing
- Properly Mark & Tag Unit
- Green AK QC Tag
- Included on Motorà Paint Marker
- TAG #
- DEPT #//Process// Driven Machine
- Unit Weight
- Inspection// QC Date
- Ensure ALL motors are properly tagged & properly labeled.
- Ensure unit is secure on pallet and can safely be stored.
- Ensure leads & all accessories are properly secured.
- Store & Record Storage Locationà Logbook & Data System.
- Trucking/Warehouse backup
- Verify Units Dept/Process/Driven Machine & Nameplate data
