Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Design Engineer to join our team in a Mechanical/ Automotive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mechatronics component design or Plastic component designs
Responsibilities
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechatronics component design or Plastic component design
- Work with Styling team to perform feasibility studies, Check A-class surface
- Ability to create and completion of mechatronics assemblies e.g. Key Fob
- Perform Packaging study of mechatronics components and perform kinematics study
- Design of Plastic component parts in CATIA V5 and perform tooling feasibility
- Good knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis required
- Good knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes
- Good understanding of testing requirements
- Complete and release mechatronics components
