Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at HedgeHog Electric & Solar, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for providing unparalleled support and assistance to our customers. Your role will involve not only responding to inbound inquiries but also proactively reaching out to customers through outbound calls to schedule appointments. Additionally, you'll manage email correspondence and navigate various software systems to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
· Provide knowledgeable assistance and guidance to customers regarding our products, services, and procedures.
· Proactively make outbound calls to customers to schedule service calls, installations, and consultations.
· Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and resolution of customer issues.
· Utilize software systems to organize and track customer interactions, appointments, and service requests.
· Collaborate closely with our team of technicians and installers to coordinate service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary to achieve timely resolution.
· Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
· Proficiency in managing email and navigating various software systems with ease.
· Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· A positive attitude, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to teamwork.
· Knowledge of electrical systems, solar energy, or construction is a plus but not required.
