Sales Account Executive
Hedges & Company is a full-service digital marketing agency with clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. We are a Google Premier Partner focused exclusively on the automotive aftermarket.
We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to grow new businesses and sell our wide range of digital marketing services, including paid search, SEO, social media marketing, videos, Amazon and vehicle data lists. This position requires someone with proven digital sales experience. Come join our team!
Position Responsibilities:
The Sales Account Executive supports the company’s objectives of acquiring new customers while continuing to service and grow current clients. Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of business (B2B) and developing business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Finds and identifies prospective new accounts, builds, and develops relationships with decision-makers, and closes sales.
- Work outbound leads and field and qualify incoming inquiries.
- Coordinate and lead sales presentations with a high degree of professionalism.
- Develops and executes sales and marketing strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital products and how they are positioned and sold.
- Drives the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- Work with marketing to guide and implement lead generation campaigns.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and strategic opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Work with the various departments to identify service or sales opportunities for existing clients.
- Ability to conduct sales presentations using a variety of technology, including Teams, Zoom and GoToMeeting.
- Maintain all account and sales activity information up to date in the CRM.
- Provide accurate reporting on the sales pipeline, current account activity, and projected forecasts.
- Develops and maintains product knowledge for all of the company’s services.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to lead.
- Demonstrated success growing a business - lead generation, sales, and the ability to close.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services and tools – paid search, search engine optimization, Google Analytics, etc.
- Can work independently on projects while communicating with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to put in extra effort when needed.
- BS/BA degree
