Effectively able to handle food preparation and cooking activities, and direct staff by following established rules and regulations. Deep familiarity with kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices. Manage ordering and inventory of food supplies. Knowledge of Kosher meals a plus. Excellent benefits and PTO.
