What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handy Man position at Hedgewood Assisted Living?
Assisted Living Facility in Beacon, NY is seeking Handy Man to resolve and perform minor plumbing, electric, A/C ground work and maintenance activities as needed. Manage the upkeep and appearance of the facility and the grounds as needed.Perform periodic inspections of equipment and document its condition, Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed with approval.
Qualifications:
•Knowledge of different building systems (heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation etc.)
•Excellent time management and organizational skills
•Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
