Job Details

Position / Specialty : PCU Registered Nurse (Will cover / float regularly to PCU / MS Tele and Low Level ICU)

Shift : 8 Weeks, 3 X 12’s, Days 7 : 00 a – 7 : 00 p

Ratios : Days : 1 : 5, Nights : 1 : 6, Weekends : 1 : 6

Years of experience REQ : 1 to 2 Years Experience Needed. 1 to 2 years Community Hospital Experience preferred.

First-timers accepted : Yes

Holiday shifts as needed per department.

Weekend Coverage : Every other weekend.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? YES, regular floating between MSI and low-level ICU.

Job Requirements

1 to 2 Years Experience Needed

Current and valid drivers license or government photo ID

Must have ACLS and BLS certifications

NIHSS preferred

Must be able to work with a mostly geriatric population

Prefer MS / Tele and PCU / ICU trained nurse that can work either unit

Schedule Information

8 Weeks, 3 X 12’s, Days 7 : 00 a – 7 : 00 p

Holiday shifts as needed per department

Weekend Coverage : Every other weekend

Unit Specific Information

Unit includes acute as well as swingbed patients that are there for therapy

Typically DKA patients or patients requiring BiPap

Additional Details

Must float between departments, units, and facilities as needed
