Position : Construction Project Manager
Salary : $100,000 - $110,00k / annually
Location : Oakdale, CA
Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for structural steel fabrication and erection projects.
- Ensure all work adheres to fabrication and erection standards, procedures, and AISC guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining progress updates and communicating with stakeholders on timelines and milestones.
- Work closely with engineers, drafters, and construction teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including contracts, schedules, and change orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
