Position: Customer Service and Project Coordinator
Pay Rate/Salary: $20.00-$23.00
Location: Livermore, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Coordinating projects activities, managing schedules, and ensuring project deliverable are completed on time and within budget. They will break projects into tasks, create workflows of products, analyze risks, and provide documentation of invoices. They must have phone etiquette, customer service, a sense of urgency, strong communication skills, strong word, excel, data entry (alpha and numeric) Project Administrator is responsible for Coordinating projects activities, managing schedules, and ensuring project deliverable are completed on time and within budget.
