Schedule: Must be flexible to work DAY and SWING shifts.

- SWING: 3:00pm/3:30pm - 11:00m/11:30pm - varies
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator/High Stack Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and high stack equipment to move, stack, and store materials efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick pallets using sit down forklift.
- Stage pallets for loaders
- Hand stack cases from one pallet to another if they are scheduled in shipping as a Picker.
- High stack (Stack pallets up to 4 high), putting product away, stacking 20 ft. from the ground up.
- Unload pallets of cans from flat beds
- Feed production lines with pallets of cans and or materials such as fiber, empty pallets, etc.
- The person will unstack a stack of four pallets one at a time and will restack them one at a time.
Qualifications:
- Steel toed shoes required.
- Must be available for all shifts.
- Forklift operator experience.
- High stack experience (preferred).
- Must be able to stack 4 full pallets of cans (1 pallet at a time on top of one another) weighing 2,500 pounds.
- Candidates will be graded and must pass this test before moving onto the next step of the process.
- Must speak English.
