Position: Inside Sales
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 /hourly
Location: Lodi, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales through various channels. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop rapport with our customer base
- Work strategically with customers, peers, and management
- Process customer quotes and submit them in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to see if we won or lost quotes
- Coordinate shipping to meet customer expectations
- Resolve customer issues
- Work effectively with Production Control, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Accounting, and Outside Sales
Education: HS Diploma
Qualifications:
- Commitment to winning
- Strong computer skills: with an emphasis on Excel, Microsoft Outlook
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Capability to multi-task
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Enthusiasm, self-confidence and assertiveness
- Ability to read basic blueprints, a plus, but not required
- Possess some mechanical aptitude
- Aptitude to develop knowledge of all products and service
- Previous supervisory duties a plus, but not required
- Retail sales is a plus but not required.
Salary : $22 - $27
